We love our kids.

But their behaviors can be challenging!
Talking back
Refusing to cooperate
Arguing
Defiance
Apathy
Aggression
Destructiveness
Fussiness
Demanding attention
Ignoring
Anger
Tantrums
Sibling conflicts
You've tried it all... rewarding, praising, encouragement, positive reinforcement and even punishing, time out, bribing, guilting, shaming, and yelling!
It works (in the moment), but the behavior doesn't change. And in the long run, the relationship is harmed.
A better bond and connection with your children is possible!

As both an educator and a parent, I always found kids' behavior to be the most challenging part of my job. I was continually searching for tools and techniques to help me control my own children at home and my students in school. When I discovered the Restitution Self-Discipline approach, I realized I had it all wrong. My belief that it was my job to control kids was replaced with the idea that it's my job to manage ME! I finally found a method that helped me be the teacher and mom I wanted to be.
For the last 10 years of my teaching career, I played a dual role of working as a classroom teacher as well as guiding hundreds of international school parents, educators and administrators in managing children's behavior while nurturing their social and emotional development. After 35 years, I have retired from the classroom. I am now working full time to lead workshops and provide coaching to support the needs of parents and educators. Raising our next generation is the hardest job in the world but also the most important!
You CAN become the parent or educator you want to be! I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
